One address, read by a person. There is no form on this page because there is no service behind it to receive one, and a form that quietly loses your message is worse than none.
What is worth writing about
A hint that is wrong. These have a clock on them, so they are read first. Tell us the game and the date and we will check it against the puzzle.
A page that is broken. The URL and roughly what happened is enough. If it only goes wrong on your phone or in one browser, that is useful to know too.
A word the dictionary gets wrong. The finder searches ENABLE, a fixed public-domain list, so we cannot simply add a word to it. But if a word is missing that ought to play, or present that plainly should not, we want to know, because it usually means a page needs to explain the gap. The word questions exist for exactly that reason.
A puzzle we do not cover yet. Say which one and where it lives.
What we cannot help with
We do not have accounts, so there is no password to reset and no subscription to cancel. We are not the publisher of any of the puzzles we write about, so we cannot fix a game, restore a streak, or answer for a paywall. The terms page says who owns what.
Reply times
This is a small operation. Corrections to the day's hints are dealt with quickly because they have to be. Everything else gets a reply when it gets one, and always from a person.
