This is a curated reference, not the official list. It contains words we can state confidently appear on both the North American and international tournament lists, hand-checked and hand-glossed. The official lists are longer than this page, they differ from each other, and they change: words the two lists disagree on have been left out rather than explained away, and recent additions we cannot confirm are not here. If you need a ruling that will settle a tournament game, the official lists are the only thing that can give you one.

The 5 that our finder cannot see
FE, KI, OI, QI and ZA are playable in Scrabble but absent from ENABLE, because the official lists adopted them after ENABLE was published. Type any of them into our finder and it will say the word is not in the list, which is true of our list and not true of the game. This is the clearest illustration on the site of why the two are worth keeping apart.
Wordton is not affiliated with Hasbro, Mattel or NASPA. Our finder searches ENABLE, a public-domain word list, not an official Scrabble dictionary.
